Create Account

This is the page where you can create a new account. You will need an account to manage your credits. The credits are in turn used to gain access to the various services Navigraph has to offer.

Here are some answers to common questions relating to creating an account:


First name
This field is intended for your first name without initials or titles.
 
Last name
This is where your last name, i.e. your family name, goes.
 
Email
Here you enter the email address to which you would like to have important information sent regarding your account, such as maintenance information, passwords and account balance. If this email is not correct, or not working, you may find yourself in trouble. Make sure you type it correctly.
 
Country
Scroll down and select your country. This setting determines your preferred language settings on some of the material that you might want to download later on.
 
Username (a-z, A-Z, 0-9)
The username is unique and your account identifier. Choose it wisely: Something original but not too long. If you are a member of a Virtual Airline you can always try to use your VA member ID. Please note that no special characters are allowed, only a-z, A-Z and 0-9.
 
Password (a-z, A-Z, 0-9)
Password, again
This is the password for your account. We make your repeat it twice so that there are no mistakes. When choosing a password, please mix upper and lower case alphanumerical characters to a single word with a total length of no less than 6 characters. Please note that no special characters are allowed, only a-z, A-Z and 0-9.
