nDAC 3.0 - General Presentation

We designed the nDAC service to be the smoothest, all-in-one solution to find navigation material for flight simulation. Instead of searching high and low for aeronatical charts, airport/terminal and enroute charts, that are up to date we have collected all of them in the same place. All you need to do is connect to the download server with the nDAC software and everything is available to you - at an instant. See the screenshots and a detailed feature list. Also have a look at the current chart coverage which includes both text indices and graphical overviews. Also make sure you see the low costs involved on the pricing page. When you are convinced, just download! For more information see the "How Does It Work?" section below.

The material we provide is:
  • Aerodrome Briefing Card
Textual information about the airport, the vicinity, traffic flow, local weather conditions, and more...
  • Instrument Approach Charts
COM frequencies, chart and approach profile and landing minima (JAR-OPS, TERPS and State minima).
  • Landing Charts
Runway information, aerodrome layout, approach and runway lighting and take-off minima. Engine Fail presentation is also available on landing charts (or standard instrument departure routes).
  • Ground Charts
    Apron layout, taxi routes etc.

nDAC - A PC Pilot Classic Product (issue #46)

"The nDAC software being both a download manager [...] and file viewer makes the whole process extremely simple to use with an ingenious elegant design that means that any charts you may wish to purchase, or viewing of charts already purchased, is just a mouse click away, utilising the same software." - Jane Whittaker, PC Pilot

How Does It Work?
Download and install the nDAC software. When the software is first started you are asked to register an account. Once this is done we will give you 6 credits to test the software. Search for the airports you want and download them (you can download 3 airports with these 6 credits). After 10 days the demo version will ask you to charge your account with some credits. Go to this website and log in and purchase some credits using either creditcard, PayPal ® or a coupon from our vendors (e.g. SimMarket). The credits will automatically appear in your software and you may download more charts and tutorials when and as often as you like.

Your credits are valid for 270 days from the date of purchase. Credits not used up until this date will expire. The airports you purchased for these credits will of course still be available to you and you may certainly use the nDAC software even though your balance might be zero.

Whenever there is a new revision of charts available the nDAC software will alert you and ask you to download a new Airport Index (airport charts) or Enroute Chart Index (enroute charts). Once these are installed you can see which airports and enroute charts you need to update. This normally happen every three months.

In addition to the chart material the nDAC software has a Learning Center through which you will be able to download both text-based and video tutorials. In addition to this there is also an online help available.

Are You a User of previous nDAC versions, nDAC 2.0 or nDAC Base Pro / nDAC 1.0?
If you already have an older version installed, nDAC 3.0 can import your existing charts and data [File -> Import -> Airport Database...]. By doing so you may seamlessly continue to update your existing charts. Moreover, it is currently 50% cheaper to update a chart than to buy a new one in nDAC so an import from nDAC Base Pro can save you 50% already from the start.
