Not able to renew my subscription

Hello ,
I was using navigraph ultimate 1 month demo , now it has expired and I wish to renew it for one year . I am not able to click renew button and make discounted payment.

Please help

Hi (what is your name, please?),

The renewal price is only available before it expires. Since you missed it by just a few hours, please purchase now at the normal price and then send an e-mail to account@navigraph.com with a reference to this thread, and we will refund the difference.

HEY HAVE PURCHASE NAVIGRAPH ULTIMATE A YEAR AGO NOW IT EXPIRED AND I WANT TO RENEW IT BUT ITS NOT ALLOWING ME TO. DOES THE RENEW BUTTON NEED TO BE BLUE? IT'S NOT ON MY ACCOUNT.

Please contact account@navigraph.com and we'll investigate. Please note that the renewal rate is only available while your subscription is still active, not after it expired.
