Will Navigraph continue supporting XPLANE 10

Postby Stobby84 » Tue Dec 06, 2016 12:29 am

Hi all,
I am an existing user which is really appreciating your services and the quality of data you provide.
I normally fly with X PLANE 10 and I plan to continue flying with this revision for at least one year. Since my subscription is expiring I would be grateful if you could confirm whether Navigraph will continue supporting XPLANE 10 and, if so, how long its support is planned to last.

Thank you in advance for your support ;)
Regards,

Hi Lorenzo,

Yes, we shall continue supporting X-Plane 10 for at least 12 months and most probably longer. After all we still support FS2004 ;)

Cheers

Yea,..I would be quite annoyed actually if Navigraph stopped supporting X-Plane 10. Even the stated 12 months of continued support (comment above), is not good enough. It should be much longer. They could well alienate a lot of customers if the support was stopped too soon. Just saying.

Hi....,

My reply to Lorenzo was to assure him he would have at least 12 months support so that he could take out a 12 month subscription.
As I said support will be most probably longer, likely as long as the service is needed by our customers.

Cheers
